Loved the Dr. Suess trivia. Who doesn't love Dr. Suess. I already made my deviled eggs today. I hadn't thought of adding Worcestershire to the mix. Thanks for the tip! Some time try the Raspberry Wasabi mustard that you can get at Le Gourmet Chef. It adds some extra kick to the eggs also.

Photographer's note: None of Jules and Emma's eggs were harmed in the creation of this blog post. All ceramic chickens were treated according to ASPCA model rules.

"On Beyond Zebra" was one of my favorites in addition to "Green Eggs and Ham". I had not heard the story of the 50 word bet, so thank you for sharing that little bit of trivia. The moral of Green Eggs was always try something first before you decide you don't like it. We have had the dictum around our house since the kids were little: Whenever there is something new served at table, you must take a small taste first before refusing it. It is ok not to like everything, but always taste first.
